The name of our mission is Mission Nuestra Senora de la Soledad. It was built in 1791. Father Fermin Lasuen is the founder of the mission. It is located in La Soledad. It was built to teach the Native Californians to learn Catholicism. Also they wanted more land and they wanted to expand trade and business.
